Brian Perkins – Restaurant Manager and Wine Director
Brian Perkins was recruited as full-time restaurant manager and wine director in May 2010 and brings with him nearly 25 years in the food and beverage industry. Perkins began his career at Martin’s Wine Cellar in New Orleans, where he rose to the position of senior wine consultant and buyer, a position he held for 15 years. From there he served as vice president and director of sales at Bayou Imports, a local wine import company. Perkins most recently served as market manager for Moet & Hennessey in Louisiana from 2007-2009.
Perkins will work closely with general manager Chris Ycaza to continue to expand and enhance Galatoire’s award winning wine program.
