Jordan BrelandSenior Sales ManagerJordan began her career at Galatoire’s in 2014, working her way through front-of-house positions including bartender, server, and event server. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Orleans in business sales and marketing in 2018 and joined the Galatoire’s sales team in 2019. Jordan’s institutional knowledge and experience with event operations enables her to envision the tiny details that truly make an event come to fruition. Jordan works with our clients through menu planning and event detailing including timelines, décor, seating arrangements, and any other element needed to pull together the perfect event. Caroline OliverEvent Sales ManagerCaroline joined the Galatoire’s sales team in July 2021, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry. She attended Millsaps College and graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2012. Caroline moved to Charleston, SC, where she worked her way from server to Director of Sales at High Cotton and Hall Management Group. In 2019, she relocated to her favorite city – New Orleans. Her enthusiasm for hospitality and for the city allows her to engage with clients to ensure every detail is perfection for a memorable dining experience. Darlene ChehardySales ManagerDarlene joined Galatoires with over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry acting as an event coordinator and wedding planner. She specializes in working with clients from concept through completion, focusing on the intricate details that make every event unique. Being a native New Orleanian, Darlene grew up in a city that knows how to plan, throw and enjoy a party. Having dined at Galatoire’s with her family since she was a little girl, Darlene understands the exceptional service and distinctive touches that have made our restaurant a sought-after tradition for special events for over 118 years. Savanah RodrigueSales ManagerSavanah grew up in the restaurant industry and worked as a server prior to starting her career with Galatoire’s in 2018. She is a lifelong New Orleanian and proud graduate of Saint Mary’s Dominican High School. Savanah has taken on many responsibilities at Galatoire’s over the years, starting as a reservationist and working her way up to sales manager. In addition to helping guests plan memorable private dining events, Savanah maintains a versatile workload balancing administrative duties, guest relations and day-to-day tasks for the Galatoire Foundation.
